Fees for services are outlined in your engagement letter or proposal. Payment is due as specified (monthly, quarterly, or one-time). Late payments may result in service suspension. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and online payments.
Due to the nature of professional services, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued. For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel with 30 days' notice; no refund for the current month.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saddiq Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim.
